Estate Sale - This type of sale is usually held within the home of client or client's estate. Sale contains items from the complete household. Such as the furniture, home decor, appliances, kitchenware, linen, clothing, and all other misc. household items.
Moving / Downsizing - This type of sale is usually held at original location of client. Sale also contains a variety of items from complete household just fewer of them.
Garage Sale - Varies per client and may be combined with other clients if necessary.
Business liquidation - Varies per client.
Consignments - Online or in our consignment shop for that special item or items with a more narrow market. Gives the most
visibility for a longer period of time for less cost.
Auctions.

For items that value and market higher online. This option gets the most for your item in most cases. Most people use this option for fewer items or specialty goods.
We also offer an online auction fundraising option.
- Onsite -
For specialty sales (farm sales) or very large estates.
House Cleaning Service - Available upon request. After the sale and once remaining items are either removed by family or donated to a charity of choice we can arrange a make ready cleaning of the home.
