We accept consignments Mondays & Tuesdays from 10am-3pm. @ 18143 FM 1314 Conroe, TX 77302 or by appointment by calling 281-572-2662 Items we are currently accepting include but not limited to: Antiques, Primitives, Mid-Century, Jewelry, Coins, Collectibles, On Trend Home Decor, Furniture (with prior approval), Vintage items, Iron or metal architectural pieces, Old-antique-collectible Toys, Painted pieces, Outdoor decor, Cool and unusual items, and just good OLD stuff & MORE! Items we do not accept include but not limited to: Mattresses, office furniture, sofa/loveseat's (with prior approval only), non-working or outdated electronics (unless antique), Clothing (antique or vintage ok with prior approval), Baby Items, Modern kid toys, Kitchen wares (antique or vintage are okay), Books (unless specialty i.e.. War, Automobiles, Guns etc..). Commission Rate For our Online Auctions 1-10 items = 30% Over 10 items = 35% Pick up service available for a fee Estates are done at different rate and based on the individual estate...call for a FREE no obligation sale evaluation. 281-572-2662 **We also offer onsite - online or live auctions in addition to tag sales/estate sales in the home.
