************************************************************ The sale is over and I am back to my full time life and I started to reflect on the Journey of losing my parents and the contents of my life being sold. Though still sad I am so happy with the way you all handled everything. It was very tough for me to turn everything over and allow someone else to take the reigns.....but you all made it so easy for me. The way you took such pride and respect in everything you did. Your set up was beautiful and I knew you cared about my parents belongings. Then when I was trying to leave the morning of the sale and the hundred plus people where in the home I was very nervous.....but again to see you and your staff in action was so reassuring to me. It was so organized and staffed with the best people I could have, I walked out and knew everything was going to be great......and it was.
When it was time for us to part ways and for me to return home and new sadness came over me......that of leaving my new friends of 1st Choice Estate Sales. Thank you Bret and Jennifer and to all your staff.

Oh my goodness you sold everything including our house! Our realtor referred you to us from another client she had that was thrilled with your service. I was scared and very hesitant to do an estate/moving sale. I did not think my type of items would do well. We visited many of your sales to see what your services were all about and each time we were more impressed. When we met you, you had all the answers to our questions. We went ahead and took the leap of faith with 1st Choice Estate Sales and we are so thrilled we did. The outcome.... amazing we could not be more pleased with what you did for us. Your knowledge in marketing and pricing was very comforting and made a big difference. I have never seen so many customers and even more so many buyers. Having such high end items and having the obstacle of a gated community, I was not sure how it would turn out.....well, you sold it all and for market pricing. You all helped me so much I can never put into words how appreciative I am. I have been overwhelmed for 5 years with my parents estate and I knew I needed help. Moving was not what we wanted to do but my job demanded it. Having 1st Choice take the reigns on selling our belongings allowed us to focus on our family needs during this transition.
